It has been a while since I have sent out a newsletter and there are so many things to catch up on!

We are getting ready to head to Peru in a couple of weeks and the excitement is building... (for me anyway!) The Activation of the Solar Disk on Valentines Day with many of the elders from Peru and the Americas and around the world will certainly be an event to remember!

It was so incredible to have Jorge Luis Delgado here with us in November and share with us some of his knowledge and healing techniques both at the Metaphysical Network and at his workshop. Any of you that had personal healings done by Jorge when he was here, I am sure can also attest to his dedication and love.

As we enter this new year, new decade and also new and ever quickening of our unfolding consciousness, it is more and more important to practice maintaining our higher vibrational frequencies in times without any chaos in our lives...as it will then be easier to do so when the "doo doo" hits the fan some times. There are many tools on the RESOURCES PAGE of my website and don't hesitate to call me or email me if you are looking for coaching or any books that you might be looking for. I have a lot (Especially the Abraham texts) and would love to share them with you. If money is a problem, I also (as many of you already know) have a large lending library of text and videos.

Speaking of videos...we viewed an amazing video here at my place on New Years day to a group of Goddesses that I shared a table with to celebrate the day. An uplifting movie of amazing healing and new ways of thinking about healing that are coming our way called "The Living Matrix" A must see!!! Stay tuned for our events page coming shortly. There will be a Vision Board workshop in the next few weeks as well as some interesting events in Vancouver and Seattle in the coming months! I am also planning a workshop on Embracing our Darkness which will offer some freeing and loving techniques to love and accept the wholeness of who we truly are...ALL OF IT!

Our Holidays with Heart Program this Christmas was a huge success and thanks so much to the many that supported this program which fed and gifted over 70 people (including 13 children) during a time when many would have done without.
